Senior Outing Activity Program

 

This program is put in place to send volunteers out to the Community to pick up the Senior and Disabled from an allocated location (e.g. their homes) and escort them to their desired destination (e.g. Elderly Social Group)

 

This will assist the clients with having a more active role within their Local Communities and will assist with releasing stress off of having to arrange their own transportation when getting to appointments. This program aims to support the Senior and the Disabled Communities when their carers or family members are not able to.

 

We aim to encourage our clients to gain independence and to be more active within their local community. This is to reduce Senior Isolation.
